Whether you’d like to contact your GP surgery by email, order repeat prescriptions through the NHS App, or have a video appointment with a healthcare professional, digital tools can make looking after your health more convenient and flexible.
If you’re interested in using technology to manage more of your care but aren’t sure where to begin — or if you don’t have access to the internet or an internet‑enabled device — support is available in your community to help you get started.
And if you prefer to manage your health over the phone or face‑to‑face, that’s absolutely fine too. It’s all about choosing the option that feels right for you.
If you know someone who might benefit from this support, please share this information with them — it could make a real difference.
