This leaflet is for:
- People with learning disabilities, who are autistic or both who might be at risk of going into a specialist hospital.
- People with learning disabilities, who are autistic or both who are admitted into a specialist hospital.
- Family carers and people who can support you to understand what the register is and if it is right for you.
