Are you looking to strengthen your leadership skills, build stronger cross-system relationships and make an impact for patients and services? The Collaborative Leadership for Improvement programme offers a practical development opportunity for senior and aspiring leaders across Norfolk and Waveney.
Participants will explore topics including leading change, systems thinking, strategic leadership, creating high-performing workplaces and managing difficult conversations.
This fully funded course combines face-to-face with virtual learning and the opportunity to apply your learning to a live improvement project.
Taking part will help you:

- Learn alongside colleagues from across the Norfolk system
- Apply learning through a live improvement project
- Showcase your work to system leaders
- Access optional one-to-one leadership coaching
The programme is open to GPs, Additional Roles Reimbursement Scheme (ARRS) colleagues, nurses involved in leadership, practice managers and hospital consultants and other senior leaders involved in transformation across our health and care system.
This programme is now being offered across the wider Norfolk and Suffolk ICB footprint, building on its successful delivery in Suffolk by the former NHS Suffolk and North East Essex ICB in 2025.
The course is delivered by Xytal – an NHS Improvement and Transformation Partner who have worked with national leaders and systems all over the country.
