Three simple checks for a healthy summer!
1. Check on others. Checking in on friends, family members and neighbours who may need a little extra support during periods of warmer weather can make a real difference.
2. Check your fluids. Drinking plenty of non-alcoholic fluids throughout the day is one of the simplest and most effective ways to stay well during hot weather.
3. Check your meds. Whether you’re going away or staying at home, make sure you have enough of any regular medicines you need. Order repeat prescriptions in good time if you’re going away, and keep a few basic first aid items at home.
