Colin is a Registered Nurse by background and has almost 50 years experience of healthcare across both the public and independent sectors. He has held a variety of senior management roles in the NHS including Deputy Chief Executive, Director of Nursing and Midwifery, Director of Operations and Chief Nurse at a range of hospital Trusts, mostly in London.
Colin established his own healthcare consultancy following early retirement and has been involved locally since 2009 as Trust Secretary for the then Suffolk PCT and Independent Governance Advisor for the former Suffolk CCGs and now the ICB. Colin also served for fourteen years as a Magistrate on the benches of both Highbury Corner in London and Norwich. He is also involved in a charity providing confidential community based HIV testing.
