Alice is an experienced healthcare professional whose career has progressed from Health Care Support Worker to Chief Executive Officer. She has also served as Chief Nursing Officer. Her leadership has been instrumental in advancing healthcare improvements as a Board level executive across Acute, Community, Mental Health, and Ambulance Trusts within the NHS. Alice has overseen significant change initiatives affecting urban, rural, remote, and island health systems, and her expertise spans Australia as well as South East England and East Anglia.
