Board agendas and meeting papers are available to view online one week ahead of the meetings. Members of the public are invited to submit questions relating to agenda items. Questions must be submitted by noon on the Friday prior to the meeting via email to [email protected].
The minutes of meetings are published on the website via the next ICB Board meeting’s agenda. Answers to any questions submitted by the public are also published online.

Parking
Free parking is available on site, including disabled parking spaces. The venue has two large car parks for visitors.
Public transport
Regular bus services connect Kesgrave with Ipswich town centre and Ipswich railway station. Bus routes serving the area include the 64, 66, 66A and 972, with stops located close to the venue.
Accessibility
This venue has wheelchair access, accessible toilets and disabled parking facilities. A hearing loop will be available.
