David Holt is a Non-Executive Member of NHS Norfolk and Suffolk Integrated Care Board.
David has over 30 years of board experience, having held senior finance positions across both the private and public sector. He has previously held roles at Unilever Plc, Coats Plc, where he was Chief Auditor, and Land Securities Plc, where he was Group Finance Director.
He has significant experience in finance, audit, governance, risk management and property. David is a qualified accountant and experienced Audit and Risk Committee chair. He is currently a Non Executive Director at The Ministry of Defence, where he sits on the Department Audit and Risk Committee.
Previous non-executive roles have included the Department for Work and Pensions, where he was also Audit Committee Chair, Deputy Chair of the Ebbsfleet Development Corporation, Audit Chair at The Planning Inspectorate and Senior Independent Director at two North London Trusts. David lives locally on the Suffolk coast.
